Ingredients:
500g pork belly, cut into small cubes
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1/4 teaspoon sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 cup chopped green onions
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, black pepper, white pepper, and sugar. Set aside.
2. In another bowl, mix together the cornstarch and water until it forms a smooth batter. Set aside.
3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or frying pan over high heat. Add the pork belly and stir-fry until it turns brown and crispy on all sides. Remove from the pan and set aside.
4. Add the garlic to the pan and stir-fry for about a minute until fragrant. Then add the soy sauce mixture and stir-fry for another minute until the sauce thickens slightly.
5. Add the pork belly back to the pan and stir-fry for another minute until everything is well coated in the sauce.
6. Pour in the cornstarch batter and stir-fry for another minute until it thickens and coats everything evenly.
7. Add the vinegar and stir-fry for another minute until everything comes together and forms a thick, sticky glaze.
